How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, the retailer handling your order will send the tracking details. Delivery and pickup arrangements are managed through the retailer.

What is your return policy?

Returns and cancellations are handled through the retailer that sold the product. Please contact that retailer first so they can confirm timing, condition requirements, and the practical return route.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

Start with the retailer where the product was purchased. If the case remains unresolved, email support@nestliving.dk with the order details, retailer name, and a short description of the issue.

Do you ship internationally?

Availability depends on the retailer and market. At the moment the active retail setup is limited, so international availability should be confirmed before ordering.

How do I care for Nest & Living products?

Follow the care instructions delivered with the product. When guidance is missing, use mild cleaning methods, avoid harsh chemicals, and contact the retailer or support for product-specific advice.

What we expect before a review starts

  • Claims must be supported with documentation, not only marketing copy.
  • Where materials or finishes raise risk questions, we expect conservative disclosure and supporting evidence.
  • If wood, paper, or other traceable raw materials are involved, the supplier must be able to document legal sourcing and traceability.
  • Product data should be complete enough for listing, logistics, and after-sales use from the start.
