Once your order ships, the retailer handling your order will send the tracking details. Delivery and pickup arrangements are managed through the retailer.
What is your return policy?
Returns and cancellations are handled through the retailer that sold the product. Please contact that retailer first so they can confirm timing, condition requirements, and the practical return route.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
Start with the retailer where the product was purchased. If the case remains unresolved, email support@nestliving.dk with the order details, retailer name, and a short description of the issue.
Do you ship internationally?
Availability depends on the retailer and market. At the moment the active retail setup is limited, so international availability should be confirmed before ordering.
